Globe’s G-Pass

Sunday, February 18th, 2007

I’m starting to think that the current shortage of Stored Value tickets in the MRT is just a way to create artficial demand for Globe’s G-Pass.

Breaking Habits (2)

Thursday, October 12th, 2006

It’ll be ten months already since I broke the habit. And so according to Healthbolt [via Lifehacker], by the end of the year my risk of having a heart attack would have dropped by half. But I’m’ not too sure about that though since I’ve been gaining a whole lot of fat during the latter half of this year.

A very good friend of mine and his wife just became parents a couple of days ago to a 7.6 pound baby boy. There was really an atmosphere of joy as they were joking around about one of the PLDT Pwede! card commercials, specifically the one with the pregnant woman. I wonder how he and his wife will do as parents.

Oh, and happy 32nd to us.

Today is Independence Day

A candle for independence
But I always wonder, have we ever really learned to be independent as a country, as a nation and as individuals?
